HMS Disc Pneumatic Precision Seeders enable precise sowing of all types of seeds at the desired spacing and row spacing. They can be manufactured with 4, 6, or 8 rows as required. The seedbed is opened by discs in the sowing units. Each sowing unit has two discs made of special material. The disc type of sowing units and the cutting discs that can be mounted on the front of the chassis allow for operation in fields with processed or semi-processed straw residues. Since the movement from the wheels is transmitted to the sowing units via a shaft mechanism, precise sowing at row spacing is possible. Thanks to the rubber wheels on both sides of the sowing units, precise depth adjustment can be made in all soil conditions. The seed is compacted by V-shaped pressure wheels located at the rear of the unit. The pressure and angle applied by the rear pressure wheel can be adjusted via a spring. V-shaped pressure wheels prevent the formation of a crust on the soil. Disc sowing units allow for sowing in early soil conditions. Disc-type pneumatic sowing machines are suitable for sowing on ridges. They do not damage the ridges. The seedbed does not harden because it is opened by rotating discs. It is suitable for plant development and does not put excessive load on the tractor. The units can easily switch between road and working modes as needed. Various accessories can be mounted as required. With its high working speed and excellent performance, it is a planting machine that saves time and provides high efficiency.
